About the Role

We are a premium custom dress shoe brand in Delhi, known for craftsmanship, personalised fittings, and a highly experiential in-store journey.

We are looking for a

creative, energetic, on-ground content creator

who can:
Shoot daily content inside the store
Create story-driven videos with customers
Manage Instagram & TikTok-style reels
Build viral content that increases footfall
Showcase craft, fittings, transformations & customer stories
Script, shoot, edit, and post consistently

Your goal is simple:

Make our brand the "local favourite" through authentic and highly shareable content.

Key Responsibilities for

Content Production

Shoot 8-12 short-form videos weekly inside the store Capture behind-the-scenes footage of craftsmanship, fittings, customer interactions Create transformation videos (before/after, repairs, customizations) Build storytelling content around customers, weddings, first purchases, father-son moments Film UGC-style POV clips, walk-throughs, viral hooks, and educational shoe-care content

Content Editing

Edit fast-paced, engaging reels Add captions, subtitles, hooks, and on-screen highlights Maintain consistent aesthetic and brand tone

Social Media Management

Post daily on Instagram (Reels, Stories, Photos, Carousels) Respond to comments & DMs (basic queries, booking help) Track trending audio, formats, and adapt them to shoes

Customer Interaction

Ask customers for 1-minute story videos Capture testimonials in a natural, conversational tone Manage permissions for filming Coordinate before/after transformations

Creative Direction

Brainstorm new viral ideas Build content around product launches Work with store manager for customer access Plan weekly content shoots & deliverables

Goals & KPIs

You will be assessed on:

Content Quantity

30-40 reels/month 15-20 stories/week

Content Performance

Growth in organic reach Increase in store footfall through social content Engagement rate

Brand Building

Consistent storytelling Humanized customer moments Quality visuals

Customer-Led Content

8-10 customer story videos/month 4-6 transformation videos/month

Requirements

Strong reel-making skills Good sense of storytelling & aesthetics Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere preferred) Comfortable shooting on iPhone/Camera Confident in talking to customers on-screen Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, or luxury products Proactive, creative, and highly observant Able to work independently without founder supervision

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

Photography knowledge Script writing Experience in fashion content creation Proven viral reels in portfolio Basic graphic design
