About Trans-Venture:

Trans-Venture is a specialized M&A and Growth Advisory firm for the IT services and technology sector. We help founders achieve exponential growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. We are building a new digital marketing arm and need passionate freshers to help us establish a strong online presence.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Writer to join us as a Digital Content & Community Intern. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone looking to build their portfolio by writing about complex business topics in the M&A and Tech space. You will be essential in turning our expert knowledge into engaging articles and social media posts.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn & Execute):

Content Drafting: Draft 1-2 main written pieces per week (e.g., blog posts, short articles, or summaries) using outlines and interviews provided by our advisory team.

LinkedIn Management: Create and schedule engaging text and image posts for the firm's LinkedIn channel to promote our content and encourage professional discussion.

Website Publishing: Learn to use our Content Management System (CMS) to upload and format articles correctly on the Trans-Venture website.

Community Support: Monitor and respond to basic comments on LinkedIn, learning to identify and quickly flag promising business inquiries for the business development team.

Basic SEO Implementation: Implement simple on-page elements (like headings, image descriptions, and keywords) based on clear instructions from our outsourced SEO team.

Who is the right fit ? :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional fundamental writing skills with strong grammar and an ability to adopt a professional, business-focused tone.

Familiarity with professional social media, especially LinkedIn.

High attention to detail and a passion for learning about the M&A and technology industry.

Portfolio of writing samples (even from college projects) is strongly preferred

Pay: ₹197,825.07 - ₹416,203.90 per year
