Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

commerce capabilities

Develop and execute a worldwide
digital commerce
plan that incorporates growth strategies in line with the company's current digital commerce
initiatives & roadmap
, such as e-commerce and various digital channels, to enhance customer engagement and increase market presence.
Manage digital commerce
product storefronts
in terms of
functionalities on the digital channel
platform, identify significant trends in customer behavior, and continuously
refine the customer experience
while
developing new features
and refining the roadmap
Supervise the creation, standardization, and optimization of product
listings
,
processes
and
backend logics
on digital commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality content and localized adaptations.
Assess the current technological capabilities of Lubrizol' supply chain in terms of usability, performance, and scalability and suggest initiatives to
digitize the e2e supply chain
, including adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and agentic AI.
Lead cross-functional teams in
planning, executing, and monitoring
digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Should be able to define the strategy formulation, Work plan, Scope,
Schedule, Efforts, Budget
, and lead required personnel for release per sprint targets.
Collaborate
closely with global and local teams in technology, supply chain, commercial, business, and marketing
to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
Technical Skills/Competencies:
Minimum
12+ years
of experience as a functional expert or
techno-functional
expert in Digital Commerce or
Commercial Commerce Platform
or e-commerce or
digital transformation
Experience in driving
digital transformation
in
B2B
space or any
manufacturing
or
technology
industry or pure-play
platform companies (MNC or Startup)
Must have managed the large and complex
digital transformation solutions
, hands-on experience within
implementation
and deployment and customer adoption
Good understanding of various front-end and back-end platforms
(e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, SAP hybris, ADOBE,
SAP S4
, PIM,
CRM
,
Blue Yonder
, SharePoint etc.)
Strong analytical skills and experience with
performance tracking tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) and exposure to
project management tools
(Jira, DevOps) is advantageous
Exposure
to OOTB modules and their functionality of SAP Commerce platform, like Multichannel Architecture, Data exchange/integration, Online Payment, Custom Development etc., Headless Commerce - Composable or Spartacus Storefront with SAP Commerce Cloud Environment - CCV2,
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education / Certification:
BE / BTech in
any engineering field or
MCA
