We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Digital Commerce Intern
to join our team. You will assist in managing online sales platforms, product listings, promotions, and order coordination while gaining hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in uploading and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
Monitor online sales performance and product visibility.
Support in managing inventory, pricing, and product content.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional activities.
Help with order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Research competitor listings and trending digital commerce strategies.
Maintain product data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Strong interest in
e-commerce / digital marketing / online retail
.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online marketplaces.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
