Job Title: O365 Admin

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Years of Exp: 5+ years
Highest Qualification: B.Tech/ BE/ MCA/ M.Tech/ BCA/B.Sc
Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Exchange Online, Email lifecycle, Mailbox structure, Retention policies, Retention holds, Litigation holds, mailbox attributes, inbox rules, calendar permissions, folder level permissions, delegate access, permissions, sharing policies, OWA policies.
  • Message tracking, transport rules, connectors, Alert policies, RBAC - role assignments, plus addressing.
  • Overall exposure and working knowledge on MS Teams
  • Office activation, Office apps related issues, Outlook related configurations, and issues
  • Antispam policies, anti-phishing policies, connection filter, message submissions, quarantine management, enhanced filtering, safe/blocked senders, safe/blocked domains, anti-malware policies, DKIM configuration, DMARC configuration and report analysis, Security and compliance, Defender, Intune, MDM/MAM, DLP, sensitivity labels - AIP, auditing
  • Azure AD, guest/external sharing, MFA,
  • SharePoint site administration, versioning, lifecycle
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft customers.

Mandatory Skills:
  • 5+ years in a customer facing service role in any capacity.
  • 3+ years of Strong working experience on O365 / M365.
  • Degree in B. Tech with Computer Science, BCA /MCA, MSC IT.
  • Holder of one or more Microsoft certifications.
  • The candidate should have a good knowledge of Office 365 Portal.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and One Drive.
  • Troubleshoot and guide on outlook / owa / SharePoint and one drive issues.
  • Knowledge of directory sync, ADFS, SSO.
  • Good knowledge of PowerShell for exchange online, SharePoint online.
  • The candidate must be aware of the different licensing and user roles of office 365.
  • Candidates should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Azure Monitoring and Maintenance, office 365, server, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
  • Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change and varied working hours.
  • Individuals must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
