Join us as a Digital Client Platform Implementation Specialist and lead global client onboarding for TMF's digital platforms. You'll manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed implementation plans for own projects and others based on contractual agreements and solution design.
Support the Team Leader with capacity planning, data management, and reporting.
Act as the single point of contact for implementations, troubleshooting, planning, and communication.
Execute timely and accurate implementation of TMF OPTIX platform internally and externally, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs.
Lead global kick-off calls, gather implementation data, set up systems, and perform testing.
Configure new TMF offices and clients on the platform, including user setup and profile approvals.
Conduct setup review calls and obtain client sign-off.
Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate activities, resources, and information for all deal types (Local, Global).
Break projects into actionable steps with clear timelines and deadlines.
Provide proactive status updates, maintain implementation plans, and lead update calls.
Analyze risks and opportunities, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate implementation administration using central planning tools.
Ensure adherence to business operating procedures and maintain proper documentation.
File legal paperwork (MSAs, SOWs) and maintain organized records.
Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and reports.
Take full ownership of implementation projects from client signature to handover to BAU support teams.
Conduct post-implementation analysis for successful onboarding.
Generate periodic management reports on efficiency and capacity improvements.
Contribute to developing implementation and automation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Client Success, Development, Production Management) for effective application implementation.
Key Requirements

Experience
Minimum 5+ years in Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, or similar roles within global payroll or financial services.
Proven experience managing global client implementation projects using project management methodologies.
Strong background in professional services and multi-country implementations.

Skills
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Expertise in project planning and management from conception to delivery.
Ability to communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
Domain knowledge in Payroll, HR, Entity Management, Accounting, or Finance.
Familiarity with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, OPTIX) is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex global business.
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High energy, adaptability, and ability to motivate teams.

Education & Certifications
University degree (BTech, BCA, MCA).
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with HRIS/Payroll applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle HRMS/Fusion).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
