The Digital Sales Team Lead is an entry level position based out of Mumbai, responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of sales and support to Citi partners.
