We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.

Job Overview:

The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Urban Pillar's digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, attracting potential clients, and driving lead generation through data-driven strategies. Proficiency in Meta (formerly Facebook) campaigns and a basic understanding of Google Analytics are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to promote Urban Pillar's real estate offerings.

- Create targeted campaigns that align with Urban Pillar's brand and business objectives, focusing on audience segmentation and personalized messaging.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.

- Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

-Content Collaboration:

- Work closely with the content and creative teams to assist in developing compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with target audiences.

Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, maximizing ROI across all campaigns.

- Continuously assess and adjust spending to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly within the real estate industry.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing.

- Present campaign performance and strategic insights to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta campaigns and Google Analytics.

- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management systems is desirable.
