The Business Head will play a crucial role and own the growth of our financial products in collaboration with product and marketing teams. This would involve working with a large number of users in the order of 60mn+ who use our platform on app and web. The role would require conceptualizing new business models, refining existing models, starting new revenue channels, building relationships with vendors, interpreting customer usage patterns, analysing funnels, set up reporting formats, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Financial Product Understanding : Demonstrate a good understanding of personal finance products, including but not limited to loans, insurance, investments, and savings accounts. Business Growth: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to revenue channels, cohorts and mediums. Refine product offerings and have a tab on market trends. Provide insights to grow business and revenue. Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our financial product offerings. Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial forecasts and assist in budgeting and planning processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including finance, marketing, and product development, to drive business requirements and goals. Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize business operations and enhance overall performance. Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data modelling, and analysis. Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience with strong educational background in B2C sales role. Excellent analytical skills with a strong acumen for numbers and attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of personal finance products and financial industry trends. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information and insights. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
