Digital Business Development Executive -- Job Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry portals, and cold outreach
Identify prospective customers, distributors, OEM partners, and EPC companies
Manage inbound inquiries, follow-up leads, and convert them into sales opportunities
Build and maintain a sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
Market Research & Strategy
Research competitors, pricing trends, new markets, and customer segments
Identify tenders, RFP opportunities, and channel partner opportunities
Prepare business proposals, company presentations, quotations, and commercial offers
Digital Sales & Branding
Support digital marketing campaigns for product promotion (website, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Coordinate content like product brochures, case studies, and mailers with the marketing team
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly lead & conversion reports
Customer Engagement
Communicate with domestic and international clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls
Coordinate product demos, plant visits, virtual presentations, and technical clarifications
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat & cross-sales
Internal Coordination
Work closely with sales, design, and production teams for offer approvals and delivery timelines
Support documentation -- NDAs, vendor registrations, onboarding forms, client databases
Additional Job Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
Act as the single-point contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and daily schedule
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up trackers, and action-closure reports
Business & Operational Support
Assist CEO in reviewing business performance, MIS, sales reports, and dashboards
Coordinate with department heads -- Sales, Operations, Accounts, Purchase, HR
Track key business projects, deadlines, approvals, and internal communication
Documentation & Presentations
Draft business letters, proposals, presentations, MoUs, and management reports
Prepare monthly review reports, board meeting documents, and strategic briefs
Confidential & Administrative Support
Handle confidential information, contracts, and company records with discretion
Screen emails, calls, and correspondence before sharing with CEO
Support in vendor/client meetings, negotiations, and business reviews
Process & Productivity
Help streamline workflows, improve reporting systems, and optimize coordination
Identify operational gaps and support CEO in decision implementation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,925.45 - ₹70,000.00 per month
