2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, driving Portfolio Growth & offer banking products as per requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to address their needs and concerns.
Provide personalized banking solutions and services to enhance customer experience.
Educate customers about the features and benefits of various banking products and services.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries and transactions.
3. Sales and Cross-Selling:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branchs overall sales goals.
Promote and sell additional banking products and services, such as gold loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all customer documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) & CPV (Contact Point Verification) requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner at their locations.
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements & report in time.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss on the plans, action items, progress with the supervisor
