:Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential customers for current, savings accounts & fixed deposit.
• Conduct market research, generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, direct visits, and networking.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and meet sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, driving Portfolio Growth & offer banking products as per requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to address their needs and concerns.
• Provide personalized banking solutions and services to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of various banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and transactions.

3. Sales and Cross-Selling:

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branchs overall sales goals.
• Promote and sell additional banking products and services, such as gold loans, credit cards, and insurance.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all customer documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) & CPV (Contact Point Verification) requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner at their locations.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements & report in time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss on the plans, action items, progress with the supervisor
