The Digital Asset Management & Coordination Executive will oversee the complete lifecycle of digital advertising assets across Meta, Google, and other ad networks. This role involves coordinating with external agencies, managing virtual cards and marketing budgets, ensuring proper spend utilization, and maintaining daily operations for digital performance marketing. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where financial accuracy and timely coordination are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Asset & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate with
Meta and Google-certified agencies
for campaign setups, approvals, and optimization feedback.
Manage and update digital creatives (videos, banners, ad copies) ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Track asset versions and maintain a
centralized digital asset repository
.
Ensure that marketing creatives meet brand, technical, and quality requirements.
2. Financial Operations & Virtual Card Management
Oversee issuance, activation, and management of
virtual debit/credit cards
for ad spending.
Track daily expenditures across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks.
Conduct
spend forecasting
, burn-rate analysis, and maintain card balance reports.
Coordinate with finance teams for
timely top-ups
and ensure uninterrupted ad delivery.
Maintain detailed logs of
spend reports, card statements, and platform invoices
.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports covering budgets, spends, CPAs, and ROI metrics.
Analyze performance data and flag anomalies such as overspending, card failure, or unexpected drops in traffic.
Provide insights to the campaign management team to support better decision-making.
4. Compliance & Process Management
Ensure that all assets comply with
platform policies, content standards, and ad network rules
.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with compliance teams for KYC updates, platform verifications, and account health.
5. Cross-team Communication
Collaborate with
agency partners, performance teams, product teams, and finance
.
Resolve operational issues by coordinating with stakeholders until closure.
Present status updates, reports, and actionable insights in management meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in
digital operations, ad platform coordination, or media buying support
.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
Strong command of Excel/Sheets--pivot tables, formulas, dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong eye for detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
