- Digital Assembly Process Planner

Graduate : Mechanical Engineer with hands on experience in the end to end digital Process Planning for General assembly for brownfield and greenfield projects

Candidate should have exposure in the Assembly shop process & product structure Hands on experience in the vehicle assembly feasibility and process creation for the Brownfield and greenfield projects at digital tools ( ex. Visu Mockup / Process designer ) Knowledge of simultaneous engineering to improve the product in early development phase for the series production manufacturing Hands on experience in improving the line balancing , analyze the bottlenecks and uni directional material flow Knowledge of material flow simulation projects at Tecnomatix plant simulation Hands on in ergonomic study, assembly simulation study in CAD tools ( ex. Visulization mock up, Nx, Process simulate ) Hands on in Layout creation in

Microstation / Autocad
