Role: Digital Architect/Digital Consultant

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly innovative and experienced Digital Consultant to join our team. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions, with a specific focus on leveraging AI and Automation to transform our ecommerce platforms, particularly within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Strategy: Lead the design and development of digital ecommerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrating Agentic AI for personalized customer experiences, reporting and analytics automation, and insights generation. AI & Innovation: Drive the identification, ideation, and execution of new digital innovation concepts and Proof of Concepts (POCs). You will be a key player in exploring how Generative AI, machine learning, and automation can be applied to improve business performance. Ecommerce Transformation: Serve as the subject matter expert on digital ecommerce, helping to optimize the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and enhance user engagement. Telecom Industry Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of the telecom industry to identify and build new business use cases around AI, focusing on areas such as sales improvement, customer service automation, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in the digital ecosystem and a strong background in consulting and 2-3 years experience of active AI consulting/projects Proven record of championing large scale enterprise ready digital first initiative with AI uses cases infuse Digital Ecommerce: Proven, hands-on experience in designing and delivering large-scale digital ecommerce platforms and solutions. AI & Automation: Strong practical knowledge of AI, specifically with experience in Agentic AI, GenAI, and other automation technologies. Technical Awareness: In-depth technical awareness of digital reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. You should also have experience with automation solutions around reporting, analytics, and data insights. Telecom Industry Knowledge: Global telecom industry expert and pick up relevant trend for US landscapes. Innovation & POCs: A track record of successfully driving digital innovation and leading POCs from concept to execution. Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
