We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, requiring a strategic thinker with a passion for creating captivating content, fostering engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach, integrating various digital channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including regular meetings with the leadership team, to achieve overarching marketing goals and improve sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns.
2. Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage all social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a vibrant online community.
Create captivating and shareable content tailored for each platform to enhance brand awareness.
3.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling content for digital platforms, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency.
Implement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
4.
Community Engagement:
Implement strategies to actively engage and grow the online community.
Encourage user-generated content and leverage customer testimonials.
5.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to measure and track the success of digital campaigns.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Keep track of competitor's advertising strategies and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
6.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.
Leverage advertising experience in services, product launches, ecommerce, and SaaS products.
7.
Business Development:
Implement diverse lead generation channels, manage email marketing campaigns, and optimize GMB.
Coordinate and execute events and campaigns to promote brand awareness and offerings.
Regularly meet with the leadership team to align strategies and focus on improving sales.
8.
Partnerships and Affiliates:
Seek and develop partnerships for business growth.
Manage affiliate relationships to expand the brand's reach.
9.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the leadership team, for strategic alignment.
Collaborate with technical teams to create visually appealing and technically accurate content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2- 3 years as a Digital and Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, etc.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
