Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital and Social Media Intern to support our online branding and engagement efforts in the literature and academic domain. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing digital platforms, content creation, and daily social media operations -- with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

You'll play an active role in enhancing our brand visibility, community engagement, and academic presence across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule daily posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)

Create and curate engaging content related to literature, education, and academic insights

Research trends in literature, academia, and digital education for content ideas

Support campaigns, collaborations, and outreach programs to increase brand reach

Coordinate with the creative and academic teams for regular updates and approvals

Achieve daily operations targets related to posting, engagement, and audience growth

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong interest in literature, education, or social media communication

Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital branding

Good writing, editing, and communication skills in Bengali

Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Learning Outcomes

Practical exposure to digital branding in the academic and literary sector

Hands-on experience with content strategy, analytics, and audience engagement

Certificate of Internship upon successful completion

Opportunity for extension up to 4 months based on performance and contribution
