Position Summary

  • The digital marketing analyst will work with the reporting manager to provide analytical support across the EMEIA FSO digital marketing activities.
  • Manage day to day, ad hoc and periodical reporting activities across the spectrum of digital channels including AEM for website analytics, Marketo etc. Reporting will also include social media like LinkedIn, and any other channels that the team may use, Creating and maintaining dashboards (Power Bi) providing analytics insights and recommendations on the effectiveness of the marketing activity.
  • Communicating with and providing proactive recommendations to manager and the onshore team.
  • This role requires an experienced, energetic, and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver multi-channel reporting in a complex environment.
  • Technical Skills/Tools Requirement Essential \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of web analytics concepts and the way they can be used in B2B marketing to support the brand and to drive revenues. (Adobe experience is desirable)
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns.
  • Organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients\xe2\x80\x99 issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
  • Outstanding written and oral communications, an aptitude to learn the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s pattern of communication and our client\xe2\x80\x99s motivations.
  • Experience of managing a variety of different tools, promoting, and interpreting analytics including web metrics to internal audiences
  • 5+ years of total digital marketing experience with grip on SEO and SEM.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
  • Demonstrated abilities at storytelling, networking, and team building
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analysing digital Ads and familiarity with social media tools (like Hootsuite) is desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI or any other data visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and SharePoint is desirable.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Reporting manager and the BMC team members to enable effective delivery of analytics reports and reporting enablement on a real-time, regular, and Ad hoc basis.
  • Analyse web pages with Adobe debugger to dissect dimension and metric values
  • Ability to set up reporting in Marketo and Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to report from organic and paid channels on campaign performance, link it to CTA\xe2\x80\x99s and visualise campaign funnel.
  • Ability to tell stories by building dashboards, making PPT\xe2\x80\x99s as required by onshore teams.
