Job Description

The selected candidate will join a team of passionate digital analytics professionals focused on delivering digital marketing and analytics solutions to Fortune 500 companies.



The candidate’s job responsibilities will include the following:
  • Identify and analyze client requirements


  • Support analytics needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using ClickStream tools
  • Formulate and document strategies for web analytics
  • Audit digital assets, recommend improvements, and help bridge gaps
  • Derive actionable consumer insights from trends derived from data and reports
  • Monitor and deliver performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and analytics teams
  • Carry out end-to-end digital analytics implementation and optimization
  • Identify opportunities for proposing new solutions to clients

will design and implement end-to-end digital analytics solutions for clients and work as a consultant by providing valuable strategic insights to customers and helping them to meet business objectives. The candidate will also get opportunities to learn digital marketing and optimize channels, such as email, and paid search.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and build a digital analytics team
  • Drive and be accountable for the technical delivery of through effective strategy and execution
  • Facilitate interaction with customers to understand their business problems and provide the best data solutions
  • Help develop organizational best practices and be a subject matter expert
  • Exposure to clients in multiple geographies and industries
  • Support a solution architect in developing proposals to respond to RFPs


Requirements


Role Expectations


  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Experience in working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools
  • Experience in working with Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or similar tag management tools
  • Knowledge of optimizing websites using tools, such as Adobe Target, and Google Optimize
  • Experience in tag debugging across browsers and devices
  • Proficient in client-side scripting in languages, such as JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, is a plus
  • Experience in creating proposal decks and sales pitches for clients
  • Adept in driving solutions via thought leadership
  • Knowledge of campaign management, SEO, email and social media marketing, and analytics will be
