Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 per month (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns. If you're data-oriented, creative with ad copy, and passionate about delivering measurable results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy

Ideal Profile
Requirements:

• Proven experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
• Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Interest in food, grilling, or lifestyle brands is a plus
