Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities of the digital advertising sales team
Maintain and update lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM systems
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and campaign documentation
Support sales executives with follow-ups and client communication
Coordinate with internal advertising and account management teams
Act as a point of contact for clients for basic queries and updates
Track campaign initiation and ensure smooth handover after sales closure
Prepare sales reports and performance tracking summaries
Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum
