We are looking for a

Digital Advertising Sales Coordinator

to support the sales team in managing digital advertising opportunities and coordinating client-related activities. The role involves assisting with sales operations, maintaining lead records, coordinating campaign-related information, and ensuring effective communication between sales, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities of the digital advertising sales team Maintain and update lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM systems Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and campaign documentation Support sales executives with follow-ups and client communication Coordinate with internal advertising and account management teams Act as a point of contact for clients for basic queries and updates Track campaign initiation and ensure smooth handover after sales closure Prepare sales reports and performance tracking summaries Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance
Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills Good coordination and organisational abilities Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience and Qualifications

Minimum

6 months to 2 years of experience

in sales coordination, sales support, or client servicing Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in digital advertising, IT services, or marketing agencies Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
