Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing digital advertising leads, coordinating client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising requirements. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates who have strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with lead coordination and follow-ups. Assist in preparing proposals, basic media plans, and sales documentation. Coordinate between sales, operations, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution. Maintain records of leads, client details, and sales activities. Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team. Track sales progress and update internal reports. Ensure timely handover of clients to the operations team.
Requirements

Freshers:

Graduate with interest in sales or digital advertising.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience in sales coordination or digital advertising support. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
Preferred Skills

Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies. Familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
