Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts
Understand client business goals and advertising needs
Advise and sell digital advertising solutions such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising
Create and present customized advertising proposals and media plans
Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with campaign management teams to ensure smooth execution
Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience
in digital advertising sales, media sales, or related roles
Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms and online marketing concepts
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable ad solutions
Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience selling Google Ads, Social Media Ads, or Programmatic Advertising
Agency or digital media company experience
B2B or B2C advertising sales exposure
