Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to handle Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and more ad platforms for our clients internationally. The Senior Paid Media Specialist must understand current trends in paid media. Understanding of how search and social algorithms reach their goals is important. You\'ll be working with international teams, so good conversational English is a must! We are looking for all kinds of paid media experts in all sorts of industries. • Plan, build, and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
• Execute experiments and a/b tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid media initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimise ad copy for best performance. (Applicants will get bonus points if you can share how you\'ll use ChatGPT to write ad copy).
• Perform ongoing paid search keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Research and implement search engine marketing recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor campaigns
• Work with the marketing teams to ensure that paid media campaigns align with goals and live promotions

• 4-6 Years of Hands-On Experience With Proven Paid Media Tactics
• This is a fully English speaking job so you must be comfortable with English.
• At least 4 hours time overlap with USA Time
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
• Experience with A/B testing
• Knowledge of search engine & social algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media
• Preferred: college degree in a related field.
