Position Overview:



We are seeking a

results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist

with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads platforms

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns that drive traffic, generate quality leads, and increase conversions for our clients.

You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure each campaign meets performance goals and delivers strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).

Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies.

Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and measure performance against KPIs.

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, and ad copy improvements.

Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights with the team/clients.

Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.

Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-converting ad creatives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications in Meta Blueprint and Google Ads are a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in integrating

SEO and content strategies

to support paid ad performance and landing page optimization.

Familiarity with

marketing automation tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) to align ads with lead nurturing workflows.

Ability to

manage and optimize multiple ad campaigns and client accounts simultaneously

while meeting performance goals and deadlines.

Understanding of

audience segmentation

, retargeting, and lookalike audiences for advanced Meta ad targeting.

Basic knowledge of

creative performance analysis

to guide design and content teams for better ad creatives.

Comfortable using tools like

Google Analytics

,

Meta Pixel

,

Google Tag Manager

, and UTM tracking for conversion analysis.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
