Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to define targeted ad strategies.
Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing variations to enhance campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns for
CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall conversion rate
.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure ads align with brand strategy.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Conduct retargeting campaigns to nurture prospects and improve customer acquisition.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with minimum 4 years in
digital advertising, PPC, or performance marketing
in luxury or premium products with minimum AOV of10,000/-
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and programmatic platforms.
Proficiency with
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
Excellent understanding of
SEO/SEM principles and digital funnel strategies
.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
