Job Description

Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a Google/Bing ads certified Specialist, with a focus on both SEM and Social Media, to add to the growing team. This person is responsible for working closely with the clients of our Partners and the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Advertising Campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc. The role requires strong ad copy writing skills, as well as customer service skills, strategic thinking, mixed with creativity and technical knowledge, to ultimately craft campaigns that drive results.

Your Impact:

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns Write ad copies for assigned campaigns following best practices Ability to conduct keyword and competitor research Discuss creative direction for the ads and provide guidance following best practices Create and manage campaign tests Place tracking codes and generate goals within Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics Create reports for campaigns, optimize and provide insights on a monthly basis Answer questions from the partner and their clients about Search & Facebook Advertising

What you bring to the table:

1+ year creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and SEM campaigns on Google and/or Bing 1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phone Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client's KPIs Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) considered an asset
