About The Job:

  • We are seeking a hands-on specialist to design, implement, and deliver high-quality systems training and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions for customers across the Americas and APAC, with potential expansion to EMEA.
  • The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with technical DAP configuration skills, can operate across time zones, and consistently delivers measurable adoption outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Plan, design, and develop systems training programs for enterprise applications.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy DAP content (e.g., walkthroughs, tooltips, in-app guidance, checklists) using leading platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, etc.), including segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analyses to identify adoption barriers and training requirements.
  • Create training assets and documentation: curricula, lesson plans, job aids, microlearning modules, quick reference guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Implement analytics and reporting to measure adoption, training effectiveness, and user behavior; translate insights into optimization plans.
  • Ensure quality via comprehensive QA processes (cross-browser/device testing, accessibility, localization readiness, performance checks).
  • Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, content updates, and ticket resolution within SLAs.
  • Support multi-region delivery (Americas/APAC initially; EMEA as needed), including scheduling and cultural adaptation of materials.
Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in systems training, digital adoption, or product enablement for enterprise applications.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and deploying DAP solutions (WalkMe, Whatfix, or equivalent).
  • Strong instructional design skills (ADDIE, Agile learning design), adult learning principles, and facilitation expertise.
  • Demonstrated success driving user adoption with measurable impact (e.g., task completion rates, time-to-proficiency, reduced support tickets).
  • Proficiency with LMS and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
  • Basic technical fluency: HTML/CSS selectors, DOM understanding, event tracking, APIs/integrations, browser developer tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with business and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Instructional Design, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent experience.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple regions/time zones; willingness to work flexible hours aligned to Americas and APAC.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English required; additional APAC/EMEA languages a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or other enterprise platforms commonly targeted by DAP initiatives.
  • Certifications in DAP platforms and/or instructional design (e.g., WalkMe Certified, CLDP).
  • Competencies:
