I. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE Primary focus of this role is to get more customers to use our Digital Payment products and drive campaigns to shift customer from Cash repayment to Digital repayments such as UPI, SI, NACH or using any online mode Review customer portfolio performing digital payments or repayments to To address any friction any journey Coordinate to address any technical failure Program to engage customers and ensure consistency in usage II. SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE . Opex Budget - Rs 5 Crore . Drive Digital Payments transaction value to Rs 3500 cr to Rs 4000 cr . Drive Digital Repayments value to Rs 200 cr to 300 cr Manage 3-4 Partners Develop 10-20 campaigns with business value Portfolio - Digital Payment products Prepare regulatory reporting - 5-6 reports Training to all Branches on Payment products Manage regional Business and Customer escalations III.
