Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain digital administrative systems: e-mail inboxes, shared drives, cloud folders, document organisation, access permissions.
Handle calendar scheduling, meeting logistics (virtual/in-person), travel or event coordination where applicable.
Support content updates on digital platforms: website CMS, social media, internal portals or dashboards.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, preparing reports and dashboards (basic analytics, metrics tracking).
Liaise between teams (digital/marketing/operations) to ensure workflows, SOPs and digital tools are up-to-date and utilised properly.
Monitor digital tool usage, license renewals, vendor/admin contracts for digital platforms and ensure compliance.
Provide general administrative support: procurement of digital services/tools, vendor coordination, process documentation.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve digital admin processes, propose automation or efficiencies.
