What You Will Do:
Grow existing business and onboard direct brands in the target market.
Build long-term relationships with brands for ongoing campaigns.
Create sales collaterals, business proposals, and media plans.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
Independently manage client relationships and monitor campaigns daily, suggesting improvements.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide feedback, and relay information to the operations team.
Maintain strong awareness of the company's internal and external environment.
Promote and sell new platforms to advertisers and agencies.
Engage in concept selling to introduce new platforms and publishers.
Adapt sales pitches to suit different advertisers and maximize media budgets.
Ensure a high level of client servicing and satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
5+ years in digital ad sales.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent English communication -- written and spoken.
Well-connected with advertisers, brands, and agencies.
Solid understanding of mobile and web applications.
Disciplined, responsible, and highly driven to succeed.
