Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, building strong and long-term relationships.
Understand client business goals, challenges, and needs to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email, and Display.
Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet KPIs.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services to existing clients.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar client-facing digital marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, SEO, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret data, analytics, and performance metrics.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
