Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Website Management
Oversee end-to-end website operations including structure, design updates, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate with developers for updates, UI/UX improvements, and bug fixes.
Ensure content is up-to-date and SEO-optimized (images, meta tags, alt text, internal linking).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (site audits, page speed, schema markup).
Build backlinks through guest posting, directory submissions, outreach, and ethical link building.
Monitor Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs/SEMRush for performance and issue resolutions.
Social Media Marketing
Strategize, create, and schedule content calendars for platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with proper audience targeting, budget control, and ROI analysis.
Engage actively with followers, manage responses, and monitor brand sentiment.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads
Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) -- from keyword selection to A/B testing.
Monitor performance, click-through rates (CTR), quality score, and cost-per-click (CPC).
Email Marketing
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns.
Build and segment email lists, design responsive templates, and analyze open/click rates.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar to track performance, user behavior, and conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on traffic, engagement, leads, and ROI.
Content Marketing
Plan and oversee the creation of blogs, case studies, newsletters, and infographics aligned with SEO goals.
Ensure content consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across platforms.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with designers, writers, SEO specialists, ad experts, and external agencies.
Lead brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns across departments.
Branding & Online Reputation Management
Monitor online reviews, respond promptly to feedback on platforms like Google My Business, JustDial, Sulekha.
Build trust through influencer collaborations, testimonials, and user-generated content.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Canva, Google Analytics.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with a creative edge.
