Role Overview

We're looking for hands-on Digital Marketing Interns who already have a solid foundation in online marketing. You should have at least 6 months of real-world experience or certified digital marketing training and be ready to implement campaigns independently.

This is a practical, results-driven role -- not a learning program. You'll get exposure to real campaigns, client projects, and analytics that can help you grow into a full-fledged marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

Manage and grow social media pages for Fytrips and client brands

Optimize content for SEO and improve website performance

Design creatives using Canva or coordinate with design team

Assist in lead generation and conversion tracking

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Prepare weekly marketing reports and suggest performance improvements

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience or professional digital marketing course completion

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools

Hands-on experience with Canva, Google Sheets, and social platforms

Good communication and content writing skills

Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision

Based in or near Newtown, Kolkata (work-from-office required)
