Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate

Dietitian / Nutritionist

who will act as a

Wellness Consultant

for Herbalmax customers. Your role will involve providing expert consultations to help users get the best outcomes from our products, offering guidance on diet, lifestyle, and supplement usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nutritional consultation to customers via WhatsApp, calls (inbound and outbound) Assess customers' health goals and recommend Herbalmax products accordingly Create personalized diet and lifestyle guidance for weight loss, gut health, skin care, PCOS, immunity, etc. Follow up with customers to track progress and ensure compliance Work with the marketing and customer support team to improve customer experience and retention Maintain records of consultations and feedback in CRM tools Stay updated with trends in nutrition and natural health supplements

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) 1-3 years of experience as a dietitian or nutrition consultant (tele-consulting preferred) Excellent communication in Hindi & English (additional regional languages a plus) Knowledge of herbal supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods Empathetic, solution-oriented, and customer-first mindset Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
