Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Health or a related field A minimum of two years of patient experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:



Obtain and examine the nutrition histories of the patients regarding food habits. Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop dietary plans. Advise clients on healthy nutrition practices, principles, dietary plans and food selection and preparation. Devise customised meal plans. Monitor food service operations to adhere to nutritional, quality, safety and sanitation standards. Research on various topics of health recovery and progress. Upload electronic health records. Evaluate dietary and nutritional research and write reports to document and communicate findings. Consult with physicians and doctors to assess the nutritional needs and diet restrictions of clients.
