Key Responsibilities
:
Assess patients' nutritional needs based on medical conditions and treatment plans
Develop and monitor individualized diet plans for inpatients and outpatients
Provide nutrition counseling to patients and caregivers
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams for integrated patient care
Educate patients on therapeutic diets, lifestyle changes, and preventive nutrition
Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as required
Ensure compliance with hospital nutrition and food safety standards
Maintain accurate nutrition records and reports
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition / Dietetics
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
