Key Responsibilities:
Assess the nutritional requirements of patients and prepare individualized diet plans.
Provide dietary counseling to inpatients, outpatients, and their families.
Plan and monitor therapeutic diets for patients with specific medical conditions (diabetes, renal, cardiac, oncology, etc.).
Work closely with consultants and clinical teams to ensure integrated patient care.
Conduct nutrition education and awareness programs for patients and staff.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in patient dietary services.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate dietary records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Food & Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a hospital/clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition practices.
Good communication and counseling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
