Perform nutritional screening and assessment of patients
Plan and implement therapeutic diets as per doctor's advice
Provide diet counseling to patients and attendants
Monitor patient nutritional status and update diet plans
Maintain proper diet charts and documentation in patient records
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen staff for safe and timely food service
Ensure food hygiene, safety, and infection control practices
Participate in quality improvement activities and NABH audits
Educate patients and staff on nutrition and healthy eating
Qualification
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition / Dietetics
