Develop personalized meal plans based on patient's specific needs, taking into account any dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and the importance of a healthy diet to aid in their recovery or manage their condition.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust their meal plans as necessary, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to patients with special dietary needs, such as those with diabetes, food allergies.
