Job Description

The Dietitian is responsible for providing nutritional care to patients/clients, which includes assessment, development of a nutrition care plan, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The Dietitian also provides education and counseling to patients/clients and their families regarding nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts nutritional assessments to identify patients'/clients' nutritional needs.
Develops and implements individualized nutrition care plans based on assessment findings.
Monitors patients'/clients' progress and makes adjustments to the nutrition care plan as needed.
Provides nutrition education and counseling to patients/clients and their families.
Documents all aspects of nutritional care in the medical record.
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Participates in quality improvement activities.
Stays current on the latest nutrition research and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics.
Completion of a supervised practice program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position.
The Dietitian will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community centers.
The Dietitian may be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

The Dietitian must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing, walking, and lifting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
