Assess clients' nutritional needs through consultations, health history reviews, and lifestyle analysis.
Develop customized diet charts covering 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Recommend nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals, protein supplements, probiotics, etc.) when required, ensuring they align with clients' needs and safety guidelines.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to diet plans and supplement recommendations.
Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and long-term nutritional strategies.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals (trainers, therapists, doctors) when necessary to ensure a holistic approach.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including diet plans, progress notes, and follow-up schedules.
Stay updated with current nutritional research, guidelines, and trends. ? Participate in wellness programs, workshops, and awareness sessions conducted by the clinic.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
Certification as a Registered Dietician/Nutritionist (preferred depending on local regulations).
Experience in clinical or wellness settings is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Strong understanding of nutritional supplements and their safe usage.
Excellent communication and counselling skills. ? Ability to create practical, sustainable, and client-friendly diet plans.
Proficiency with digital tools for recording and sharing diet plans.
