The Dietician provides personalized nutrition guidance to gym members, designs meal and supplement plans aligned with fitness and wellness goals, and collaborates with trainers and wellness staff to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual nutrition assessments and consultations.
Develop personalized meal plans for weight management, muscle gain, performance, and overall wellness.
Provide evidence-based guidance on dietary supplements (e.g., protein, vitamins, sports nutrition supplements).
Collaborate with trainers to integrate nutrition plans with workout routines and recovery programs.
Monitor member progress, adjust plans, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct nutrition and wellness workshops or seminars for members.
Participate in gym-wide wellness initiatives and educational events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
Certified or licensed Dietician/Nutritionist (as per local regulations).
Knowledge of sports nutrition, dietary planning, and safe supplement use.
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with fitness and wellness staff.
