Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal and diet plans
Provide nutrition counseling for health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, weight management, and lifestyle disorders
Monitor client progress and modify meal plans based on outcomes and goals
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain accurate nutrition records and documentation
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs
Stay updated with the latest nutrition research, dietary guidelines, and best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
2-3 years of proven experience in a clinical, community, or wellness setting
Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and nutrition-related health conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
Current registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Prior experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment
