Job Description

Educate and advise a wide range of patients with dietary-related disorders on the practical ways in which they can improve their health by adopting healthier eating habits. Regular monitoring of patients admitted and assessed nutritional need of patients and provides the education. Diet counselling learning material related to nutrition and healthy eating. Counselling for weight management, hypoglycemia, diabetes, hypertension, lactating mother & antenatal mother, PCOD. Conduct Anti-natal workshop for expecting mothers Conduct workshop on lactation diet for expecting mothers
To conduct regular training programs for Food and Beverage Department and continuous Nutrition Education for the Junior staffs or Interns.

Consult with physicians/Doctors and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patient.

Supervise the patient menu design and check F&B meal services to the In-patient

Designing diet charts and counseling for Inpatients.

All the Paediatric and Neonate practices shall be conducted by the Senior Nutritionist under the guidance of Chief Nutritionist.

Responsible for provision of clean, safe and healthy diet to patients in accordance with the hospital policies.

Participate in the hospital marketing activities by giving health talks, educating the antenatal mothers and general population on diet and nutrition Maintain NABH standards, policies, protocols and manual related to the Nutrition Department

Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills

Required Education:

B.Sc/M.Sc - Clinical Nutrition /Dietics

Experience

1-3yes experience as Dietician

Knowledge and Specific Skills

Diverse Knowledge in Clinical Dietetics

Good interpersonal Skills

Pleasing Personality/Communication Skills/Diet Counselling/Corporate Health Talk

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
