Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diet Cook to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals tailored to patients' dietary needs in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing diet-specific meals and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare diet-specific meals based on nutritionist/doctor instructions Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals Monitor ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness Follow hospital dietary guidelines and portion standards

Requirements

Experience as a diet cook, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility Knowledge of diet-based and therapeutic meal preparation Ability to follow nutrition charts and menu plans Strong hygiene and sanitation practices Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
