Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of
fresh salads
(vegetable, fruit, protein-based)
Prepare
healthy soups
(clear, detox, low-fat, high-protein, immunity-boosting)
Follow diet plans as advised by the client or nutritionist
Ensure portion control and calorie-conscious cooking
Use fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients
Avoid excess oil, sugar, and preservatives
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene
Accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in preparing diet-friendly
salads and soups
Basic understanding of nutrition and calorie balance
Knowledge of weight-loss, diabetic-friendly, and detox diets
Ability to create variety without compromising health
Clean, disciplined, and punctual
Experience:
Minimum
1 year
experience as a diet cook / healthy food cook (preferred)
