Service current accounts as per process and timelines
Maintain a healthy relationship with all the clients and a good rapport with the stakeholders
Conduct commissioning at client site as and when the machines are set
Provide after sales support - client queries / issues to be resolved within half an hour
Maintain PRF details for each order
Annual Maintenance contract-
Responsible for end-to-end handling of AMC
Arrange required materials for each AMC on a quarterly basis
Maintain proper reports of each AMC
Overview quarterly visits of engineers and Maintain records for review Sales
Develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of service visit, tap nearby prospects
To source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company products, as per defined new business targets
Optimize retention of existing business by maintaining at least at 95%, while ensuring effective credit policy parameters.
Remain informed and up-to-date with regards to Industry-related news, competitor activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally.
Follow-up with all positive leads and negotiate effectively- Closing final deals- Meeting customers for closure, as and when required- Interact with company's social media posts to increase engagement
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or B.E in electrical or any other field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DG sets, transformer, UPS, stabilizer, etc.
Willing to travel to different sites for servicing.
