New die + pre die developments and process trouble shooting
Release and maintain for regular production to get full out put with good quality.
Die, pre die validation with profile review as per plan

Responsible for evaluation of material RN(Fabric/Wire/Bead Wire/RM etc)
Responsible for Process RN
Responsible for preparation of all audit and visits; external, internal and even OEs
Responsible for all related displays; control plan, check sheets, calibration record, etc

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma - Mechanical
