- Die Polisher & Die Corrector

Position: Die Polisher & Die Corrector

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: ?30,000 to ?40,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform polishing, correction, and maintenance of aluminium extrusion dies.

Ensure dies are prepared with accurate shape, profile, and dimensions.

Make the dies production-ready as per extrusion machine requirements.

Identify and correct defects, cracks, uneven polishing, or alignment issues.

Use polishing tools, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with the production team for timely die change and smooth production.

Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of dies.

Improve die performance and support continuous production quality.

Required Skills:

Practical experience in an Aluminium Extrusion Industry is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of die polishing techniques and correction tools.

Ability to understand technical drawings and die profiles.

Problem-solving attitude and focus on quality output.

Good teamwork, discipline, and time management.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma OR relevant industry experience.

Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in an aluminium extrusion unit.
