Operate and handle machines such as:
Lathe Machine
Drill Machine
Surface Grinder
Milling Machine
Read and interpret
engineering drawings
and part specifications correctly.
Select and work with appropriate
die materials
and tooling components.
Carry out die fitting, maintenance, repair, and modification as required.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of manufactured dies.
Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace housekeeping.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory experience in Gravity Die Casting (GDC)
for aluminum components.
Hands-on experience in operating lathe, drilling, grinding, and milling machines.
Strong ability to understand
technical drawings
.
Good knowledge of
die materials
, tooling components, and machining processes.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot die-related issues.
